Night Manager – Springfield, MO

I’m hiring for a Night Manager of Customer Service Specialists for a Bank in the Springfield, Mo. area ($50,000 to $55,000/YR + quarterly bonuses)!

If you know someone in the Springfield, Mo (Nixa) area who is a night owl, and a true professional when it comes to customer service, this is the position for them.

Salary range is based on experience. If you have a background as a: Call Center Manager, Call Center employee, Teller, Teller manager, Retail employee, Medical Employee, or Service worker, this might be a great fit for you.

What is required?
That you are: trustworthy, dependable, problem solver, who is trainable to learn some technical support, learn fraud prevention, have a laid-back temperament that is able to diffuse situations, and are able to speak in layman’s terms to assist others.

*Being bi-lingual is a plus!
