And then of those who meet your requirements, we further vet these with our own in-depth reference check, saving you time and avoiding surprises, to ensure the candidates we send to you are the highest caliber “plug-and-play” candidates on the market. We will never send you a candidate we feel does not fit your role, because we are an advocate and partner for you, our client. These processes are the bedrock of our vetting process.
